This programme is designed to allow students the opportunity to enter into the hospitality industry at the certificate level. It also caters for students to further their studies into the diploma level.
At the end of the programme, students will have gained experience and developed key operational skills and competencies in the hospitality industry. Students will gain expertise in food preparation, cooking, reception and housekeeping based on their practical training.?
Industrial training at hotel establishments equips students with the required skills and knowledge for an entry level position in the industry.?br>

Upon successful completion of this programme, students can seek employment or further their studies into Term 3 of the Diploma in Hospitality Management or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Term 1 of the Diploma in Tourism Management.
