2. Sports and Recreational Facilities
As we gear students towards achieving excellence in the realm of academia, sports and recreational facilities are prepared for their enjoyment, relaxation, and physical fitness purposes. On-campus and off-campus recreational facilities such as the fitness zone, sports courts (Futsal, Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Swimming Pool, Volleyball and many more), dance and yoga studio, board games and Music Chamber (with in-house instruments) are one of the many attractive facilities at Taylor’s College.

3. L.E.A.D Camp (Leadership, Excellence and Discipleship)
Held annually, the L.E.A.D Camp is a unique programme catered to train leaders from clubs and societies and Pre-University programme councils in the areas of Leadership, Excellence and Discipleship (L.E.A.D.). The philosophy of the camp is guided by the pillars of wisdom, integrity and excellence, founded by our late Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr) Loy Hean Heong.

These leaders will return to their respective clubs and societies to share what they’ve learnt and train their committee members, fulfilling an act of nobility, i.e. discipleship. The L.E.A.D Camp modules include Introduction to Leadership, Problem Solving & Negotiation Management methodologies, Importance of Unity as well as Love and Mutual Respect.

4. Community Service Initiatives
Many community service-related events are passionately driven by our students be it via clubs and societies or on-project basis throughout the year. Activities can range from going to community homes to tutor orphans, raising of funds via charity bazaars, creative sales booths, creating awareness for different NGOs in our local or international community and providing physical or intellectual assistance to those in need. All events are inspired by a common love and respect for our nation and humanity.

5. Athlete and Sports Talent Management Programme
The Athlete and Sports Talent Management Programme aims to provide a platform that helps students learn and develop essential life and relational skills by the means of organised sports programmes and healthy competition. Some of the skills that students will learn and develop are:
  • Dedication
  • Determination
  • Discipline
  • Integrity
  • Leadership
  • Loyalty
  • Sportsmanship
  • Team Spirit
At the same time, this programme seeks to promote ethnic and cultural diversity while also providing equal opportunities amongst student athletes.
