Student Central is a one-stop-centre for students to seek assistance in general (non-academic) administration matters. Student Central delivers integrated services in collaboration with relevant departments to give students the support and assistance they need. The commitment of Student Central is to provide efficient service to all Taylor's students in a student-friendly environment, giving them a truly Awesome Customer Experience.
Student Central is a one-stop-centre where students can obtain any information relating to their study life at Taylor's. Students can walk in or call during operation hours to ask questions or make an online enquiry at any time of the day. A response will be provided within 1 working day.
To make things even more convenient for students, a list of FAQs is developed with "keyword search" function on the Student Central Online for students to find an answer to their questions at any time of the day.

3. e-Service Request
Student Central provides quality and convenient services that support and enhance students' study life at Taylor's. Through the Student Central Online or at the Student Central counters, a variety of on-campus services are made available. Many of these service requests are online based to increase the efficiency and delivery of responses within 1 working day.

4. Collection Centre
The Student Central administers the issuance of Student ID and uniforms, as well as a "Lost & Found" service. Students can collect the following items from Student Central during operation hours.
- Student ID Card
- Lost & Found items
Items found within the Taylor's campuses are generally handed over to the Student Central. Students are encouraged to lodge an online report to enable the Student Central to contact them if their lost items are found.
Taylor's constantly seeks ways to improve the quality of services, thus feedback from students is appreciated. Students can provide their feedback at any time using the online feedback form, or when online surveys are conducted.
