APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR LOCAL STUDENTS

Option 1 - Visit Taylor's University
Take the time to visit the campus offering the programme of your choice.  This will give you a chance to speak to our counsellors and staff personally, to get answers to your questions and to get assistance to register for the programme.

Please print out the Application Form, fill in and post it to Taylor's University. With your form, please submit:

• Supporting documents:
  
  • Certified true copies of actual / forecast / trial examination results
  • One (1) certified true copy of identity card (NRIC) / passport
  • Two (2) passport size photographs
  • Download the 2012 Interview Forms for Medicine and Pharmacy here
  • Other supporting documents for your application (where necessary)
• Payment (payable by cheque, cash or credit card) is to be made to:
  "Taylor's University Sdn. Bhd."

For ACCA applicants ONLY – please download and fill out this form in addition to the Taylor's Application Form (Undergraduate).
