Here's a list of the secondary schools from which our Cambridge A Level Programme achievers came from.
Two Bank Negara Malaysia scholars who achieved 5As, Lim Wei Zhen and Dhruva Murugasu, both attributed their success to their lecturers at Taylor's. "I had fantastic lecturers who were very helpful and understanding. They took the trouble to explain what we, as students, didn't understand," Dhruva shared.

Quick to agree with him, Lim added, "Our lecturers don't just teach, they care. They build relationships with each student. They would even allow us to visit them at home, if we had any questions." Lim and Dhruva are bound for Law at King's College London and Economics at the University of Cambridge respectively.
Another 5A scorer, Amanda Mun Yee Slocum, who is pursuing Medicine at Hong Kong University added, "Most of my lecturers went beyond the classroom when it came to helping us. They were not only helpful with our studies but also in our university applications. They helped us look for information and guided us in our applications to our degree courses, and I really appreciate them for that."
According to Mrs. Mary Ng, Programme Director of Taylor's Cambridge A Levels, the reason for Taylor's success at the examination is largely due to its commitment to providing a holistic teaching and learning environment for its students. "Through the years, our students have repeatedly and consistently made us very proud. Their success is our success, their joy, our joy," she said.
In his speech, Mr Lim Tou Boon, President of Taylor's College applauded the graduates and teachers, "This year's results are awesome in three dimensions - awesome overall performance, awesome outcomes for most improved students and awesome destination universities. This year's performance has firmly established Taylor's A Levels as the Number 1 A Level programme in Malaysia."
The Taylor's A Level programme emphasises reasoning rather than memorizing, and focuses on a mix of knowledge, understanding, application and analytical skills. Taylor's Cambridge A Levels provides an excellent foundation to international tertiary programmes, opening the doors to many of the top-ranked universities in the world.
To date, more than 1,000 Taylor's students have been accepted into the World's Top 100 universities in the past 5 years, including Imperial College London, University College London, University of Manchester and the London School of Economics.
